Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of nursing experience.
• BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide focused community and clinic health services to prevent disease and promote health.
• Maintain patient charts using SOAP notes and EPIC dot-phrases.
• Manage patient visits, triage, and care planning with the health team.
• Assist with rooming patients, ordering labs, and administering vaccines and medications.
• Support clinic flow by coordinating referrals and follow-ups with the team.
• Document and communicate test results, treatment plans, and patient education.
