Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking dedicated LPNs for day shift (7am-7pm) to provide quality medical care and coordinate medication needs within our 60-bed residential detox and inpatient rehab setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited LPN program with PA licensure or compact licensure, plus strong communication and organizational skills and a compassionate approach to behavioral health. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• LPN program graduate with PA licensure or compact licensure
• Strong communication and organizational skills required
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for clients during admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and maintain logs
• Collaborate with medical, clinical and UR teams for coordinated care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation and reporting
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings
