Job summary

Avenues Recovery Center at Lake Ariel is a 60-bed residential facility offering drug and alcohol detox and inpatient rehabilitation services. The team provides round-the-clock supervision with a warm, compassionate atmosphere to support sustained recovery.

We are seeking a compassionate LPN for the day shift (7am–7pm) to deliver quality patient care, coordinate medications, and educate clients in both individual and group settings.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Current PA licensure or compact licensure with multistate privileges.
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality medical care for each client during admission, treatment and discharge.
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs.
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care.
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client.
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings.

What You'll Do
