Avenues Recovery Center in Lake Ariel, PA is seeking dedicated LPNs for day shift (7am-7pm) to provide quality medical care and coordinate medication needs within our 60-bed residential detox and inpatient rehab setting.

Ideal candidates are graduates of an accredited LPN program with PA licensure or compact licensure, plus strong communication and organizational skills and a compassionate approach to behavioral health. We offer competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

• Provide quality medical care for each client throughout admission, treatment and discharge
• Coordinate all pharmacy and prescription needs, dispense medication, and keep clear med logs
• Collaborate with extended medical, clinical and UR teams to ensure total coordination of care
• Maintain meticulous medical documentation, tracking and reporting for each client
• Provide patient education in individual and group settings

What We're Looking For

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing (LPN) program
• Current LPN licensure in Pennsylvania or compact licensure with multistate privileges
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate, professional, and committed to providing exceptional patient care
• Experience in behavioral health or substance use treatment preferred
