Westminster Towers Orlando is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care in the Assisted Living setting and supervise nursing assistants, ensuring compliance with state and federal standards.

This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm, with a pay range of $28 to $32.70 per hour. Requires Florida LPN license, CPR certification, and at least one year of skilled nursing facility experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Florida LPN license and CPR certification.
• One year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or related setting.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.

Responsabilités

• Comply with all rules, policies, standards and guidelines related to Westminster Services.
• Assist with evaluating residents’ needs.
• Assist with planning resident care based on MD orders.
• Implement resident care based on MD orders and communicate with MD for updates.
• Ensure residents receive medicines at the prescribed time by MD orders.
• Monitor blood glucose, temperature and blood pressure.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and ensure CNAs follow MD orders.
