Job summary

Interim HealthCare Staffing in Michigan is seeking a flexible LPN or RN to provide high-quality patient care across facilities such as medical offices, assisted living facilities, hospitals and schools. You will work with a team to take vitals, assess patients, and carry out physician orders while maintaining safety and compassion.

The role offers variable shifts with weekly pay, performance-based increases, and an ESOP; weekend/holiday not required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program.
• Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or Registered Nurse (RN) with active, unrestricted license in Michigan.
• CPR certification.
• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare laws and regulations.
• Demonstrated clinical proficiency, critical thinking, good communicator and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Care for patients with a variety of illnesses, injuries and diseases in facilities.
• Work with a team of physicians, nurses, CNAs and aides to deliver patient care.
• Take patient vitals, perform assessments, document progress and report changes.
• Administer medication and operate medical equipment.
