Mayo Clinic in Minnesota is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide care to pediatric and adult patients across Plastics, Gynecology, Thoracic, Breast, Endocrine, Bariatric and Liver/Pancreas teams. Under RN supervision, the LPN collects data, supports care planning, and delivers care according to the patient care plan and facility policies.

Strong communication and teamwork are essential. This role requires graduation from practical nursing, current LPN license, and BLS certification;

Qualifications

• Graduate of a practical nursing program; LPN boards as applicable.
• Current LPN license and BLS certification required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours and adapt to changing schedules.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric and adult patients across several specialties.
• Collect data, assist RN in assessment and planning.
• Deliver care per care plan and policies.
• Participate in quality improvement and committees as needed.
