HealthPartners in Saint Paul, MN seeks a licensed practical nurse to support patient care in an ambulatory setting. You will perform nursing tasks and assist physicians and RNs, ensuring quality patient interactions and accurate documentation.

The role requires Minnesota LPN licensure, BLS certification, and excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred: one year of full-time LPN experience. On-site position with a focus on teamwork and patient satisfaction.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current LPN licensure in Minnesota.
• Current BLS certification required and maintained; online BLS not acceptable.
• Demonstration of written and oral communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing tasks and medical orders under supervision to support patient care.
• Identify common nursing needs and operate routine office procedures and testing in ambulatory care.
• Assist patients to achieve basic health care goals and document observations.
