You will participate in health education, discharge planning, and safety-focused clinical tasks while delivering compassionate, high-quality care.

Formación

• Active MN LPN license required.
• BLS certification preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Safe medication administration practices.
• Ability to care for diverse patient populations with respect.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the registered nurse or licensed practitioner in identifying patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate to implement and evaluate the patient care plan with the team.
• Support a multidisciplinary approach to an integrated care plan.
• Delegate nursing interventions to qualified staff as appropriate.
• Identify early warning signs and document patient responses to care interventions.
• Communicate timely patient information with families and other providers.
