Accela Rehab and Care Center at Springfield is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide high-quality nursing care in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to implement care plans and monitor residents.

You will administer medications, document care activities, and support residents and their families with compassion. The role offers a collaborative environment and growth opportunities within our team.

Qualifications

• Must be a PA-licensed LPN.
• Experience in skilled nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.
