Job summary

Regency Oaks in Florida is seeking an LPN to join our Assisted Living Facility. Provide compassionate care, assist residents with daily living activities, monitor health changes, and collaborate with the care team to update personalized care plans.

You will communicate with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care, supervise CNAs, and uphold high nursing standards. Requires Florida LPN license and AHCA background screening; benefits include education support and daily pay.

Position: LPN – Assisted Living Facility (ALF)

• Available Shifts: Part-time; 3-11pm
• Starting Pay:Up to $29 per hour (based on experience, shift and certifications)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents’ health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
