Job summary

Grand Villa of Ocala, a respected assisted living community, is seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our caring team. We offer both full-time and part-time shifts, with a focus on compassionate, resident-centered nursing under physician orders and facility policies.

You will monitor residents’ health, administer medications, assist with activities of daily living, document care, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

• Valid and current LPN license in Florida.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of state and federal healthcare regulations.
