Job summary

Regency Oaks is seeking a licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living Facility. This part-time role (3-11pm) offers the opportunity to care for older adults in a supportive team environment. Starting pay is up to $29 per hour, depending on experience, shift, and certifications.

You will provide compassionate care, monitor resident health, and collaborate to update care plans while communicating with families and leadership to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• A current LPN license valid in Florida (or compact state).
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Delegate, supervise, and support the care provided by Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.
