Job summary

Beatitudes Campus in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide direct nursing care for our senior residents during the NOC shift (6:00 PM–6:30 AM) and to supervise certified caregivers. A valid Arizona LPN license is required, along with CPR and First Aid certification.

Statement of Purpose: This position provides direct nursing care to the residents, and to supervise the day-to-day activities performed by certified caregivers. Such supervision must be in accordance with current Federal, State and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our resident's home, and as may be required by the AL Director and/or VP of Health Services to ensure that the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times. This position reports to the AL Director is non-exempt from overtime.

This position is a full-time position working every Thursday/Friday/Saturday—NOC shift 6p to 6:30a

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Current/valid Arizona LPN Nursing License

Current CPR and 1st aid certification (not from an online class)
