Job summary

Geisinger is seeking an Inpatient Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Lewistown, PA. This role supports providers, assists with patient care, and ensures efficient patient flow in the unit.

Eligible candidates may qualify for a $10,000 sign-on bonus, up to $40,000 toward RN training, and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends. Shift is 3pm-11pm; must hold an LPN license with BLS, with opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• LPN license required with BLS certification.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Graduate from Specialty Training Program is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and assists providers with procedures.
• Documents assessments and treatments in nursing notes.
• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and paperwork.
• Maintains inventory, cleans rooms, and supports patient education.
