Qualifications

• Graduate from LPN program.
• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 1 year related work experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care and assists providers with procedures.
• Documents assessments and treatments in nursing notes per scope of licensure.
• Collects and prepares laboratory specimens and related paperwork.
• Maintains asepsis and prepares examination rooms and equipment.
