Qualifications

• Current and valid LPN license.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer, observe, and record medication, treatments, vital signs and patient condition.
• Reinforce care instructions to patients and families.
• Participate with the team in planning and evaluating care.
• Assist with patient admission, transfer, and discharge.
• Assist with unit management or assume charge when assigned.
