Job summary

Life Care Center of Evergreen, just west of Lakewood in Colorado, is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate care across day, evening, or night shifts. We offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for full-time LPNs, mileage benefits for distances 25 miles or more, and a shift-diff for NOC as well as extra shift bonuses.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited LPN program.
• Licensed/registered LPN in the applicable State.
