Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our 120-bed facility. You will provide direct nursing care, supervise CNAs, and ensure high-quality, resident-centered care in line with policies and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities include supervising CNAs, administering medications, wound care, IVs, documenting changes, admissions, discharges, and coordinating with the care team.

Qualifications

• Massachusetts LPN license with active status.
• Strong communication and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff on assigned units.
• Provide direct nursing care including medication administration and wound care.
