Job summary

Devonshire Care Center seeks a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to deliver direct resident care in a team-based long-term care setting. You will work under physician and RN supervision, following federal, state, and local standards to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current Colorado LPN license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Knowledge of computer systems including Point Click Care.
• One-year experience in a long-term care environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents under physician orders.
• Supervise LPNs and CNAs in day-to-day activities.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Participate in care planning and documentation.
• Communicate changes in residents' conditions to physicians and RNs.
• Educate residents and families on health-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
