Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. The position offers hourly pay between $37 and $39, with per diem scheduling and rapid payment options.

Candidates must hold an active LPN license, have at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and possess current BLS/CPR certification. PPD within the last year is required. Per diem roles provide flexible schedules and local staffing support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collect and document patient information accurately.
• Provide wound care and patient education as needed.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the team.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living when required.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties as facility needs dictate.

Requirements
