Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team serving Hampton Roads, VA. Competitive pay of $37–$39 per hour, with Same-Day or Next-Day Pay via RapidPay Card, and weekly payroll.

We offer flexible scheduling, potential full-time hours, and local staffing coordinators available from 5 AM to 11:30 PM to support your assignments. Join a team focused on dependable patient care and timely compensation.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience
• Current BLS/CPR
• PPD within the last year
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation. No weight restrictions

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
• Administer medications and treatments
• Collect and document patient information
• Provide wound care and patient education
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs
