Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within LPN scope, administer meds, document patient information, and coordinate with the care team.

We offer per diem roles with competitive pay at $37-$39/hour, same-day or next-day pay, weekly payroll, and flexible scheduling. Local applicants preferred and BLS/CPR current.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license.
• Minimum 1 year of facility experience.
• Current BLS/CPR.
• PPD within last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and others.

Requirements
