First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to join our Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. Per diem schedule offers flexibility and on-demand shifts.

The role requires an active LPN license, 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR certification. You will administer meds, document patient data, and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals.

• PPD within the last year.

Responsabilidades

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
