First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team throughout Hampton Roads. We offer competitive pay and flexible scheduling.

Per diem positions with potential full-time hours; same-day/next-day pay, weekly pay, and a hiring bonus after 2 shifts are available. Local staffing coordinators are on duty from 5 AM to 11:30 PM to support you.

Qualifikationen

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.
• PPD test within the last year is required.
• Ability to meet the physical requirements of the position, with or without accommodation.

Aufgaben

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
