Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is actively seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. The role offers competitive pay of $37.00-$39.00 per hour with per diem schedules.

Ideal candidates hold an active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, and current BLS/CPR. Per diem positions provide flexible scheduling and local staffing support.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.

• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.

Requirements

• Active LPN license
