Job summary

First Choice Nurses of Eastern VA is seeking experienced and dependable LPNs to join our Per Diem team across Hampton Roads. You will provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications, and document patient information.

Per diem roles include Same-Day or Next-Day Pay, Weekly Pay, and a hiring bonus after two shifts. Local staffing coordinators are available to support you. Full-time hours available.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Minimum 1 year of facility-based experience.
• Current BLS/CPR certification.
• PPD within the last year.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the position.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN scope of practice.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collect and document patient information.
• Provide wound care and patient education.
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition.
• Assist with activities of daily living as needed.
• Coordinate care with nurses, physicians and other providers.
• Perform additional LPN duties based on facility needs.
