Job summary

Danville-Pittsylvania Community Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide general nursing services in 24-hour Residential Services under the supervision of the ICF Nurse Manager. Responsibilities include medical assessments, health needs evaluation, arranging transportation to appointments, delivering direct care, and maintaining accurate records.

The role requires an active Virginia LPN license, a valid driver's license with a clean driving record, and completion of routine

Requirements

Minimum Requirements

• M1: Licensed Practical Nurse with a valid LPN license to practice in Virginia
• M2: Valid drivers license and safe driving record

Fingerprints, State and FBI criminal record reports, drug test, and central registry (CANIS) report will be required upon request. Our Agency maintains a drug-free workplace.

ANNUAL SALARY RANGE

$48,028 - $83,222

Shift Differential: $2.00 for 2nd shift, $3.00 for 3rd shift

$3,000 Sign on Bonus
