Colby Health and Rehab in Colby, KS is hiring a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our caring clinical team. You will provide total care for residents, monitor conditions, administer medications, follow physician orders, and supervise nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Provide total care for residents and monitor their condition.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders.
• Oversee nursing assistants to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation and report changes in residents’ condition.
