Neodesha Care and Rehab in Neodesha, KS, seeks a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our compassionate team. You will provide total resident care, monitor conditions, and administer medications.

Qualifications

• LPN licensure with KS Board of Nursing required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.
• Experience in medical, surgical, or geriatric nursing preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide total resident care, monitor condition and needs.
• Administer medications and treatments per orders.
• Ensure narcotics policies are followed and monitor side effects.
• Oversee NAR staff to ensure care plans are followed.
• Complete documentation, admit and discharge residents.
