Colby Health and Rehab in Colby, KS is seeking a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) to join a dynamic clinical team. The role features 12-hour shifts, three-day weekends every other weekend, and a 4,000 sign-on bonus with comprehensive benefits.

You will provide total resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions, and coordinate with NAR staff while maintaining HIPAA compliance and a compassionate, team-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• RN licensure with the KS Board of Nursing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
• Desire to work with the elderly.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and follow physician orders.
• Monitor residents and ensure care plans are followed.
• Supervise nursing assistant staff (NAR) and oversee care plans.
• Maintain narcotic policies and report changes in residents’ conditions.
• Document care activities and admit/discharge residents.
• Uphold HIPAA requirements and provide patient-centered care.
