Job summary

Episcopal Homes of Minnesota, in St. Paul, MN, seeks a part-time LPN to join our Green House team. This home‑like setting replaces traditional nursing homes with small residences, prioritizing dignity, independence and meaningful relationships in a collaborative, interdisciplinary care environment.

The role provides skilled nursing care, medication administration, and population assessments, with 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. shifts, 0.6 FTE.

Qualifications

• 3 years of LPN experience required.
• Long-term care, rehabilitation, or senior living experience preferred.
• Strong clinical judgment and assessment skills.
• A nurse who thrives in a collaborative, relationship-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care tailored to each resident's individual needs.
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders.
• Assess residents, identify changes in condition, and communicate with the healthcare team.

Wage: $30.49–$37.20 per hour (DOE) Schedule: Part-Time Days | 0.6 FTE (48 hours per pay period) Hours: 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
