Maxim Healthcare in Harrodsburg is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to work with a pediatric patient at home and/or school. The role offers competitive pay and benefits, with weekly paychecks and a range of health and financial protections.

Responsibilities include using the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, providing skilled nursing services per orders, and monitoring patient condition with documentation of findings. Prior experience preferred.

Formación

• Currently licensed as LPN/LVN in the state where the LPN will practice.
• TB test or Chest X-Ray current.
• BLS card current.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred.

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Provide skilled nursing care/services per prescribed orders on each assignment.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from health care team and document nursing diagnoses.
