Maxim Healthcare in Corbin, KY is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN/LVN) to provide in-home pediatric care for patients. Shifts are 10-12 hour day or night, with part-time or full-time options.

The role includes assessing and delivering nursing care per orders, documenting findings, and monitoring patient conditions to ensure quality care. Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

Responsabilités

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
