Job summary

CFG Health Systems, LLC. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide direct nursing care under supervision, administer medications, monitor conditions, and support treatment plans in a patient-centered environment.

This PRN role involves shifts from 6am–6pm or 6pm–6am with a $1.75 shift differential. Candidates should be a graduate of a practical nursing program, hold an active LPN license, and have CPR/BLS certification. EMR/EHR experience is preferred for documentation efficiency.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Practical Nursing Program.
• Current, active LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Knowledge of nursing principles, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols and regulatory standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver basic nursing care to patients per policies and procedures.
• Monitor vital signs, symptoms, and treatment responses.
• Administer medications, injections, and treatments within scope of practice.
• Assist RNs or physicians with assessments and care planning.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EHR/EMR.
• Educate patients on medications and self-care.
