Job summary

Good Samaritan in Grand Forks, ND welcomes an LPN to provide professional nursing care in a long-term care setting. You will work under supervision, assist with medications, assessments, and care planning, and contribute to residents’ comfort and safety.

Experienced LPNs or new graduates with a nursing program background are encouraged to apply. The role includes 12-hour night shifts, weekend and holiday requirements, and OT potential in a not-for-profit Christian environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care under supervision of a RN/physician.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered.
• Document resident care, outcomes, and adherence to care plans.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.
• Counsel residents and families on prevention and treatment plans.
