Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Home Health LPN to deliver direct patient care in patients' homes, one-to-one with each patient. You will monitor conditions, administer medications, and support individualized care plans while communicating with the healthcare team.

Join Maxim Healthcare for flexible day/evening/overnight shifts, full-time/part-time/PRN options, and ongoing training with local clinical and office support. Eligible for benefits and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license is required.
• Current BLS certification is required.
• 1+ year of nursing experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the home.
• Monitor patient condition and report changes to the healthcare team.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered.
• Support individualized care plans for patients.
• Document care and communicate with other members of the healthcare team.
