Maxim Healthcare is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home pediatric care in Randolph, Nebraska. The position offers full-time overnights with hourly pay of $34 per hour.

Responsibilities include applying the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care, following prescribed orders, and documenting findings. Valid LPN/LVN license, current TB/X-ray, BLS, and about one year of nursing experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed as an LPN/LVN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior professional nursing experience preferred

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
