LifeStream Behavioral Center, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality nursing care within a behavioral health setting. The LPN will administer medications, monitor patient health, and document progress in the chart.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans, educate patients and families, and ensure a safe, therapeutic environment. A Florida LPN license and at least one year of nursing experience are required.

Formación

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing with Florida LPN license.
• One year nursing experience, preferably in behavioral/mental health.
• Ability to perform patient assessments and develop care plans.

Job Purpose:- The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) at Lifestream Behavioral Center is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients within a behavioral health setting.
