Job summary

The Fountains at Atco is seeking a compassionate LPN to join our continuing care retirement community. You will provide high-quality nursing care, administer medications, and support residents' daily needs with a focus on safety and comfort.

Collaborating with interdisciplinary team, you will assess resident conditions, develop individualized care plans, and maintain accurate records to ensure smooth transitions and coordinated care within a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs.
