Seaton Senior Living in West Windsor, NJ seeks an experienced LPN to join our team. You will provide nursing care per the client’s plan, monitor health status, and coordinate services to enhance residents’ well-being.

The ideal candidate brings 2+ years of LPN experience in assisted living or a nursing home, holds a valid LPN license, and can work nights and weekends. We offer competitive wages, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Qualifications

• Two years LPN experience required.
• Two years experience in assisted living or in a nursing home.
• Licensed Practical Nurse license in good standing.
• Ability to ensure community follows all federal, state and local laws and regulations as pertains to resident services and care.
• Demonstrate good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills.
• Effective organization, time management, and written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to handle multiple priorities and delegate assignments.
• A dedication to seniors and their well-being is essential.
• The ability to work nights and weekends.

Responsibilities
