Job summary

Phaxis is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for an orthopedic practice in Uniondale, NY. This stable weekday role offers a clear schedule, competitive pay, and opportunities for long‑term career growth within a specialty clinic.

You will assist physicians, take vitals, administer medications and injections, document in the EMR, provide patient education, and support efficient patient flow throughout the clinic, with Monday to Friday hours and optional Saturday shifts.

Qualifications

• Active New York State LPN License.
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience preferred.
• Orthopedic, outpatient, or specialty practice experience a plus.
• Strong clinical, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
