Job summary

Townhouse Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing in Uniondale, NY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for all shifts. The ideal candidate will administer medications, assist in care planning, provide wound care, document accurately, and uphold HIPAA privacy standards.

Current LPN license in NY is required. Prior skilled nursing facility experience is preferred but not mandatory, with a compassionate, dependable, and dedicated approach to resident well-being central to the role.
