Job summary

Harborview-Health-System in Tarboro, NC is seeking a dedicated LPN Charge Nurse to oversee resident care, administer medications, supervise aides, and maintain safe, high‑quality practice.

You will monitor conditions, document clearly, coordinate with interdisciplinary teams and families, and ensure infection control standards. Active LPN license in good standing and prior skilled nursing experience preferred.

What You Will Do

• Deliver medications and treatments along with supervision of Medication Aids where applicable

• Support activities of daily living

• Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary teams and families

What You Must Have

• Active LPN license in good standing in the state of practice.
