Job summary

Millennium Post Acute Rehabilitation in West Columbia, SC is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for full-time or part-time roles on 12-hour shifts (days or nights). A $5,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible candidates.

As a 132-bed skilled nursing facility, we value caring for residents and supporting staff through education, growth opportunities, and a team-oriented environment. LPN license is required and experience in long-term care is a plus.

Qualifications

• LPN license required.
• Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Strong communication and observation skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patients condition and assess their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
• Observe and interpret patients symptoms and communicate them to physicians.
• Collaborate with physicians and other nurses to devise individualized care plans for patients.
• Perform routine procedures (blood pressure measurements, injections) and fill in patient charts.
• Adjust and administer medications and provide treatments according to physicians orders.
