Job summary

Brookside Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center in Abington, PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to join our caring team. The role offers full-time, part-time, PRN shifts including a Weekend Program, with competitive benefits and opportunities for growth.

As an LPN, you will perform resident assessments, administer medications, and coordinate with CNAs to deliver high-quality, compassionate care within a supportive, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Direct resident assessment and development of service plans.

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), the expectations would be:

• Takes an active role in direct resident assessment, development of service plan, introductory and care.
• Administers medication and/or treatment to residents
• Communicates resident pertinent data to the appropriate responsible party.
• Supervises and coordinates certified nursing aides in providing direct resident care in adherence to State and Federal guidelines.
• Puts resident service first: Ensures that residents and responsible parties receive the highest quality of service in a caring and compassionate atmosphere, which recognizes the individuals’ needs and rights.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)Qualifications:
