Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is seeking compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

We offer full-time and part-time schedules with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm and 11pm-7am; new grads welcome with commitment to a full-time role; embraces person-centered care and teamwork to meet residents' needs. Join our supportive team and contribute to excellent nursing care.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid LPN license for Pennsylvania (required upon hire).
• At least 6 months experience in the long-term care or rehab setting preferred.
• New grads are welcome, provided they commit to a full-time position.
• Embraces a person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences.
• Demonstrates a true passion for excellence in nursing care.
• Shows ability to remain calm and effective during peak periods and emergencies, interacting well with residents, families and the healthcare team.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, direct, evaluate and modify each resident's care plan to meet physical, psychosocial and cultural needs.
• Manage emergency situations promptly, precisely and professionally.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for assigned residents.

The most successful candidate for this position:

• Has at least 6 months experience in the long-term care OR rehab setting
• New grads allowed (however must be willing to take up a full-time position)

• Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
• Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members

• In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet with his/her physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
• Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
• Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
• Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
