Position: LPN - North Little Rock Clinic

The LPN/RN assists physicians in providing medical services, including direct patient care, medical record documentation, and follow-up care focused on men's health.

Responsibilities:

1. Greet, screen, and prepare patients for examinations.
2. Provide general nursing care to patients.
3. Administer prescribed medications and treatments.
4. Ensure patient satisfaction through thorough consultation and education.
5. Operate within the standards of care and scope of practice as defined by state statutes.
6. Provide advice, leadership, and guidance to clinical staff.
7. Document patient visits accurately in electronic medical records.
8. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
9. Respond to patient inquiries and escalate when necessary.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Current license or eligibility for licensure as LPN or RN in the state.
• CPR certification.
• At least 2 years of clinical care experience, preferably in men's health.
• Knowledge of standards of care, nursing principles, phlebotomy, medical terminology, medications, and medical devices.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with medical software is a plus.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting up to 10 pounds.
