Job summary

Clarendale of Mokena is seeking a hospitality-focused RN or LPN to join our team, delivering direct nursing care and supervising care by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

This role requires BLS Certification, an RN or LPN license, and a current CPR card, with availability for emergencies. 3 shifts per week, every other weekend, with part-time day shift opportunities available.

Qualifications

• BLS Certification is required.
• RN or LPN license is required.
• Current CPR card is required.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies in the community.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs and promote independence.
• Identify medical/behavioral changes and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services about conditions and needs.
• Provide nursing care per physician orders and established standards.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

Clarendale of Mokena is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN or LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Daily responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Salary: $34.00 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Mokena, IL 60448: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
