Job summary

The Village at Gleannloch Farms in Chicago is seeking a hospitality-focused LPN. Responsibilities include providing direct nursing care to residents, developing care plans, and assisting with daily activities. Candidates must possess a valid LPN or RN license for Illinois, knowledge of health regulations, and good communication skills. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent lifestyle.
• Identify resident medical and behavioral changes, develop and monitor care plans.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and established standards.
• Ensure preventative and therapeutic services to residents.

Skills

Clarendale Six Corners is recruiting for a hospitality focused LPN to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Schedule:

Full‑time or part‑time opportunity 7:00am-7:00pm or 7:00pm-7:00am

Salary:

Starting at $36/hour

Here are a few of the daily responsibilities of an LPN:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent lifestyle of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re‑assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.
